JACQUELINE F. PEREZ graduated summa cum laude from Armstrong Atlantic State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, and a minor in Legal Studies. Ms. Perez previously worked in the intellectual property industry, as General Counsel and Director of Business Development of a research firm, conducting due diligence investigations and corporate profiling studies. Additionally, Ms. Perez has extensive experience prosecuting thousands of foreclosure actions on behalf of institutional lenders. Ms. Perez joined Awerbach | Cohn in November of 2010, to focus her practice on real estate and title insurance litigation.
