EXCITING NEWS FROM OUR FIRM - WE ARE GROWING!

For the second time in three years, Krinzman Huss Lubetsky Feldman & Hotte has expanded, this time, into the Tampa Bay area by joining forces with boutique real property and title insurance litigation firm Awerbach, Cohn & Perez. With this addition, KHL now has three offices throughout Florida and twenty-three attorneys.

“This merger gave us an opportunity to create a presence on the west coast of Florida, where we were already doing a lot of work, it expands our title litigation practice, enhances other areas of our commercial litigation and real estate transaction practices, and most importantly, we get to work with some of the top real property attorneys in Florida” said KHL managing partner Cary Lubetsky.

Both firms are very experienced in title litigation, and partners of both firms have known and respected each other for over thirty years. “This endeavor has been in the making for a long time and joining forces with KHL is a natural fit for our firm,” said new KHL partner, Jacqueline Perez.

The firm will operate as KHLF&H | ACP out of its Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and Tampa Bay offices.
