Salvatore ("Sal") H. Fasulo, an attorney in KHL's Ft. Lauderdale office, provides clients with knowledgeable counsel and representation concerning real property in both transactional and litigation matters. He represents owners, developers and lenders in the acquisition, sale, leasing, financing, and development of commercial and residential real property and in matters involving real property, business and contract disputes.
Sal has been lead counsel in jury and non-jury trials in federal and state court. His extensive experience as a litigator allows him to adeptly navigate complex transactional matters with an understanding of the litigation challenges that may arise so that those issues can be addressed long before any dispute exists. He is a tenacious practitioner who aggressively works to protect his clients' interests.
Sal earned both his J.D. and his Master of Laws in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law, where he received honors in litigation skills and participated on the school's national and state mock trial teams. During law school he interned at the State Attorneys' Offices for both Miami-Dade and Broward counties, litigating jury and non-jury trials well before his graduation. He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University. He is admitted to practice in Florida state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Sal, along with his wife and children, is an active member of the First Presbyterian Church of Fort Lauderdale. During the football season, he is employed as a gameday employee by the National Football League, serving as a Field Operator for the League's Injury Video Review System.
