Martin G. Zilber is a Partner in the Miami Office of Krinzman Huss Lubetsky Feldman & Hotte. 

After presiding over hundreds of Jury Trials, Non-Jury Trials, Motions and Hearings, Former Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court Judge Martin Zilber joined KHLF&H to focus on trial work including complex commercial litigation, real estate, business divorce and internal investigations. Additionally, Judge Zilber provides attorneys litigation support for jury selection, motions and trial analysis.  He also serves as an impartial, including as a receiver, arbitrator, special master, private judge and mediator. 

Judge Zilber began his legal career working as a certified legal intern in the Miami Dade County State Attorney’s Office and in 1989, went to work as in house General Counsel to several transportation and healthcare companies. He managed insurance litigation, labor law hearings, and represented his clients in front of several governmental and administrative bodies.

In 1997, he became Vice-President of Mergers and Acquisitions for a publicly traded company (Coach U.S.A.), traveling throughout the United States negotiating private business acquisitions for the public entity.

From 2001-2013 he was of counsel and partner to Stolzenberg, Gelles & Zilber, and General Counsel and Partner to Avatar Reality, Yale and Lansdowne Mortgage. 

Judge Zilber was also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator.

From 2014-2021 he served as a Circuit Court Judge for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit serving in the Civil, Family, Dependency and Criminal Divisions. 

Martin was born and raised in Miami-Dade County Florida. He has been married to his wife Cindi for over 30 years. He has one son Michael (who is also an attorney in Miami) and a daughter Leigh. Martin received his B.A. from the University of Florida in 1984 and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 1988.

Martin is an active member of our community having served as an Adjunct Professor at Miami Dade College and FIU, a Judicial Director / board member of the University of Miami School of Law, as a member of the Jackson Hospital Public Health Trust, as vice chair of the Miami Dade County’s Cultural Affairs Council, and as an elected Councilman for the Village of Coconut Grove.
