Cary A. Lubetsky is the Managing Partner of the firm and the head of the Miami Litigation Group of Krinzman Huss Lubetsky Feldman & Hotte.

He has worked on various complex commercial litigation matters involving real estate, foreclosures, title insurance, copyright, trademark, landlord tenant, antitrust, franchise, health insurance, and appellate issues.

He currently represents several of Florida's and the nation's largest title insurers and their insureds and national, regional and local banks.

Among his various achievements, Mr. Lubetsky successfully defended a publicly traded health insurance company in an action and trial brought by a competitor attempting to set aside a $210 million government awarded contract, and successfully defended a title insurer in a coverage dispute regarding a large multiple use planned development. He regularly represents numerous mortgage lenders with respect to fraud and identity theft issues, and real estate brokers in disputes with developers regarding commissions.

Mr. Lubetsky is Martindale-Hubbell "AV Peer Review Rated," and has been recognized as one of the "Best of the Bar" by the South Florida Business Journal, one of Florida's "Legal Elite" by Florida Trend Magazine from 2004 through 2022, and a "Florida Super Lawyer" in 2007 through 2022 and named by South Florida Legal Guide as one of the "Top Lawyers in South Florida" in 2011, and 2014 – 2018.

Mr. Lubetsky is a member of The Florida Bar, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Federal Claims. He is a member of the Florida Land Title Association, Claims Avoidance Committee; the American Bar Association, Title Insurance Committee; and the Miami-Dade County Bar Association. Mr. Lubetsky has lectured at numerous professional seminars regarding real estate and title insurance litigation matters.

Mr. Lubetsky received his juris doctor degree, cum laude, from Tulane University School of Law in 1992 and his Bachelor of Science degree in operations research and industrial engineering from Cornell University in 1989.
