Cary A. Lubetsky, the Managing Partner of KHL Law based in the Miami office, is a seasoned litigator with experience handling high-stakes disputes across the real estate, title insurance, and financial services sectors. He has worked on complex commercial matters involving real estate and title insurance coverage, foreclosures, copyright and trademark, landlord tenant, antitrust, franchise, health insurance, and appellate issues. He also regularly represents numerous mortgage lenders with respect to fraud and identity theft issues, and real estate brokers in disputes with developers regarding commissions. He currently represents several of Florida's and the nation's largest title insurers and their insureds and national, regional and local banks.

Cary's breadth of experience gives him a strategic, results-driven perspective on complex disputes, enabling him to effectively navigate high-stakes matters across various sectors while delivering practical solutions for a wide range of clients.

Cary earned his J.D., cum laude, from Tulane University School of Law in 1992 and his undergraduate degree from Cornell University in 1989. He is admitted to practice in Florida state courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.

Cary is "AV Peer Review Rated" by Martindale-Hubbell, has been recognized as one of the "Best of the Bar" by the South Florida Business Journal, one of Florida's "Legal Elite" by Florida Trend Magazine, named as one of the "Top Lawyers in South Florida" by South Florida Legal , and has been recognized by Super Lawyers.

Cary is an active member of the Florida Land Title Association (Claims Avoidance Committee), the American Bar Association (Title Insurance Committee), and the Miami-Dade County Bar Association. He has lectured at numerous professional seminars regarding real estate and title insurance litigation matters.
