Salvatore H. Fasulo is an experienced litigator who has been litigating cases throughout South Florida since 1998. He has been lead counsel in trials at both the state and federal levels in front of juries and non-juries. Mr. Fasulo has litigated cases involving wide ranging real property disputes, business and contract disputes and employment discrimination claims.  Throughout his practice, Mr. Fasulo has gained expansive knowledge about real estate in South Florida and the legal challenges arising from the purchase and sale, development and ownership of real property.  Mr. Fasulo is a tenacious litigator who rises to the challenge faced by each client, and he explores every avenue to create a foundation for success.

Mr. Fasulo holds both a Master of Laws in real property development and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where he received honors in litigation skills and participated on the school's national and state mock trial teams. During law school, he interned at the State Attorneys' Offices for both Miami-Dade and Broward counties, trying several cases well before his graduation.
